Returns & Refund Policy

We want every gift purchased from Tenderly Gifted to be exactly right. If something isn't, we're here to make it right.

Our 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or refund. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging where possible.

How to Request a Return

Contact us at hello@tenderlygifted.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first — we will provide you with the correct instructions depending on your situation.

Please note: as our products ship directly from our suppliers, return shipping instructions will be provided case by case. We do not operate a central returns warehouse.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at hello@tenderlygifted.com with a photo of the issue. In these cases we will offer you either a full refund or a free replacement at no extra cost to you. You will not be required to return the item.

Change of Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind, please contact us within 30 days. Return shipping costs in this case are the responsibility of the buyer. We will process your refund once we have confirmed the return with our supplier.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used: compression socks, slippers, personal massagers, and any item marked as non-returnable on its product page. If you are unsure before purchasing, contact us and we'll advise.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return or refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times vary by bank or card provider.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at hello@tenderlygifted.com.

European Union Orders

If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
