For UK customers: risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the supplier to resolve it.

For international customers: you are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in your country.

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control. However, if your order does not arrive within 45 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate and offer an appropriate resolution.
